FOOD THAT BOOSTS TESTOSTERONE | VEG

1. Coconut

Rich in healthy saturated fats, coconut helps provide your body with essential fatty acids needed to produce hormones, including testosterone. It also helps your body produce good cholesterol, which improves your fat burn and helps maintain lean muscle mass.

2. Olive Oil

In addition to being rich in healthy fats, olive oil has been shown to boost testosterone production by as much as 19 percent when used daily for at least three weeks. Try cooking with olive oil instead of hydrogenated vegetable oil.

3. Pomegranate

Rich in antioxidants, pomegranates have been used medicinally for centuries as a remedy for high blood pressure and sexual dysfunction. Drinking a glass of pomegranate juice once daily can boost your testosterone production.

4. Whey Protein

This form of protein helps to restrict the production of cortisol, leaving more room for testosterone. Take 15 grams of whey protein isolate before and after engaging in resistance training to boost testosterone production by as much as 25 percent for up to 48 hours.

5. Garlic

This flavorful herb contains a compound called allicin which has been shown to reduce cortisol levels. Cortisol is a hormone that competes with testosterone inside your muscle cells, so flushing out excess cortisol makes more room for testosterone to do what it needs to do.

The accountability mirror challenge by David Goggins

  The only way to improve yourself is to hold yourself accountable for the choices you made in your life.   This forces you to look at the things you have an influence on and take responsibility for. It frees you from any factors outside of your control. So how does this concept work and how can you apply it to your life? Like a lot of other concepts I discuss on this blog, this one is free of charge as well and very easy to start. This concept by David Goggins is another take on the affirmation exercise. Where you put post-its on the mirror of things that you are grateful for. How to start with David Goggins’s accountability mirror challenge? Stand in front of the mirror and look yourself in the eye for five minutes straight. What is going through your head? What do you think about the person you see in the mirror? Write those things down and make sure you discuss those with yourself later on. Now there are a lot of personal things you can hold yourself accountabl...

|| Misleading Descriptions Of a Woman’s Beauty ||

    Beauty is a mental concept Though a lady appears to be gentle and soft, yet she becomes rude, rough and distinctly masculine when she becomes angry. The feminine grace vanishes when she comes under the influence of wrath, indignation, fury and resentment. Have you ever seen women fighting in the streets? Women are more jealous than men. They have more Moha and passion also. They are eight times more passionate than men. Women have more power of endurance.  Maya havocs through the imagination of the mind. Woman is not beautiful, but the imagination is beautiful. Sugar is not sweet, but the imagination is sweet. Food is not palatable, but the imagination is palatable. Man is not weak, but the imagination is weak. Understand the nature of Maya and mind and become wise. Curb this imagination of the mind by Vichara or right thinking and rest in Brahman wherein there is neither imagination nor thought. Beauty and ugliness are false imaginations of the mind. ...

Semen Retention

  I’ve been reading to Swami Sivananda book The Practice of Brahmacharya and I want to discuss with you one concept that resonated with me "Semen Retention". As a king is no king without a treasury, subjects and an army, as a flower is no flower without fragrance, as a river is no river without water, so also, a man is no man without Brahmacharya (semen retention). Instincts and appetites form a part of all life on earth. Sense impulses and biological   urges are common to animal and man alike.  Sex is one of the prominent, most important and absolutely essential aspects of human, animal as well as plant life. Sex is an integral part of life—human, animal and plant. While this aspect of life is regulated by nature in plants and by instinct in animals,  In man it is left to his common-sense, intelligence and his developed reason to control and regulate the same. The vast and ancient scriptures of the world offer human society specific rule...
